As at 1 January 2016, options for 153,118,257 CITIC Telecom Shares were outstanding under the CITIC Telecom
Share Option Plan. During the six months ended 30 June 2016, options for 6,374,398 CITIC Telecom Shares
were exercised, options for 1,076,968 CITIC Telecom Shares have lapsed but no option has been cancelled. As
at 30 June 2016, options for 103,549,641 CITIC Telecom Shares under the CITIC Telecom Share Option Plan were
exercisable.
A summary of the movements of the share options during the six months ended 30 June 2016 is as follows:
